Shipping Policy:
Room-temperature items: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200. A NT$150 shipping fee applies if below the threshold.
Chilled items: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200. A NT$250 shipping fee applies if below the threshold (excludes birthday cakes and round cakes).
Holiday/Special products: Free shipping for orders over NT$6,000. A NT$300 shipping fee applies if below the threshold.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders ship on the 4th business day after confirmation (excluding national holidays).
Delivery takes about 1–2 days depending on the courier.
Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM daily.
Example: An order placed between 3/1 2:00 PM – 3/2 2:00 PM will be processed on 3/2, shipped on 3/5, and delivered on 3/6.
Notes:
No shipping on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
