When you register for a DIY course, the fee includes:
★ On-site cookie DIY class, approximately 45–60 minutes
★ Wearing a Little Chef outfit + certificate of completion
★ NT$30 ramen voucher redeemable at the on-site restaurant
★ After the class, a guided 50-minute factory tour

[Participants]
Each DIY material kit is for 1 child + 1 accompanying adult.
If more than 1 adult accompanies, please purchase an additional NT$150 admission voucher on-site (includes NT$100 bread voucher and NT$50 ramen voucher).

[Important Information]
▲ If a course session does not meet the minimum number of participants, staff will contact you within 3 days prior to the course for adjustments. (Sunmerry reserves the right to adjust course schedules.)

[Usage Instructions]
▲ After completing online payment → please arrive 15 minutes before your course at the 1st-floor counter and present your order confirmation or order number.
Staff will verify and guide you to the DIY classroom.

[Additional Notes]
▲ Courses require a minimum number of participants. After payment, if you need to cancel or change the session due to unavoidable reasons, please contact customer service at 02-2268-9600.
▲ Upon presenting your voucher on-site, Sunmerry will verify the order number and purchaser information. Each order number can only be used once.
▲ To cancel a DIY course, please do so at least 4 days before the scheduled course.

• Cancellations are not allowed within 4 days of the course date.
  (Example: For a course on 08/10, cancellation must be requested online by 08/06 12:00 AM.)
  ▲ No refunds for missed sessions due to personal reasons or factors not attributable to the organizer.
  ▲ In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) causing closure, the organizer reserves the right to refund 100% of the course fee.
  ▲ Parking is limited; we recommend using public transportation or finding nearby parking.
