• Taro Pudding Shelf Life & Storage Instructions (Set of 2)

• Shelf life: 3 days; all puddings are freshly made and shipped the same day.

• Best enjoyed by: Ideally consume on the same day. Store refrigerated below 5°C; best within 2 days from the day you receive it.

• Handling: Avoid direct sunlight or high temperatures. Do not leave at room temperature for more than 2 hours. Room temperature may vary depending on environment; once removed from refrigeration, consume as soon as possible. If not finished the same day, store in the fridge. Due to 1–2 days shipping, the remaining shelf life may be short—please do not order if this is an issue.

Delivery Information

Delivery is limited to Taiwan main island only.
Convenience store pickup is not available.

Shipping Policy:

• Room-temperature items: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200. A NT$150 shipping fee applies if below the threshold.

• Chilled items: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200. A NT$250 shipping fee applies if below the threshold (excludes birthday cakes and round cakes).

• Holiday/Special products: Free shipping for orders over NT$6,000. A NT$300 shipping fee applies if below the threshold.

• If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping Schedule:

• Orders ship on the 4th business day after confirmation (excluding national holidays).

• Delivery takes about 1–2 days depending on the courier.

• Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM daily.

• Example: An order placed between 3/1 2:00 PM – 3/2 2:00 PM will be processed on 3/2, shipped on 3/5, and delivered on 3/6.

• No shipping on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
