• Delivery is limited to Taiwan main island only.

• Convenience store pickup is not available.

• Shipping Policy:
  • Room-temperature items: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200. A NT$150 shipping fee applies if below the threshold.
  • Chilled items: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,200. A NT$250 shipping fee applies if below the threshold (excludes birthday cakes and round cakes).
  • Holiday/Special products:Free shipping for orders over NT$6,000. A NT$300 shipping fee applies if below the threshold.
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped together once all items are ready.

• Shipping schedule:
  • Orders ship on the 4th day after confirmation  (excluding national holidays).
  •Delivery takes about 1–2 days depending on the courier.
  • Order cutoff time: 14:00 daily.
  • Example: An order placed between 3/1 14:00 – 3/2 14:00 will be processed on 3/2, shipped on 3/5, and delivered on 3/6.

• No delivery on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
